1. Our Services

Ashvane Digital Ltd provides the following services to businesses:

Ongoing website maintenance and support (retainer plans)

2. Agreements and Proposals

All work is agreed in advance. Before commencing any project, we will provide a clear description of the work to be carried out, the timeline, and the agreed price. Work begins only once you have confirmed your acceptance and made any required initial payment.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
One-off project fees are payable in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Monthly retainer fees are payable in advance each month
Payment can be made by card (via Stripe) or bank transfer
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
Late payment may result in suspension of services

4. Delivery and Timelines

We aim to deliver all work within the timeframes agreed. Typical timelines:

AI chatbot: live within 24 hours of consultation
Website (Launch Package): 3–5 days
Website (Growth Package): 5–10 days
Website Refresh: within 5 days
Content packages: within 5–10 business days

Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information, assets or approvals from you. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your project, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Supply any required assets (logos, images, copy) in a timely manner
Respond to questions and requests for approval promptly
Ensure you have the rights to use any materials you provide to us
Provide access to any platforms or accounts we need to complete your project

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website and content we create for you. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks or templates used in the creation of your project. You receive a licence to use the final deliverables.

7. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund
If work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed to date
Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
We reserve the right to cancel a project if payment is not received or if you breach these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Ashvane Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant project.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings or revenue increases as a result of our services.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver your project (e.g. hosting providers).

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
